TRUDEAU & MORNEAU: YOU WON'T SUCCEED IN DIVIDE & CONQUER ATTEMPTS OF FRONTLINE DOCTORS &
Today, the Canadian Nurses Association's President, Ms Barb Shellian, issued a statement supporting Trudeau and Morneau's disastrous federal taxation changes. And with that statement, the CNA officially took a position AGAINST frontline nurses, and ALL of Canada's patients, doctors, farmers, ma-pa shop owners and ALL Canadian small business owners. With that single statement, the CNA took a position AGAINST the future of Canada's healthcare and economy.
But what the CNA is not sharing is that THOUSANDS of frontline nurses have in fact signed a petition (goo.gl/ZvQhN8) AGAINST the proposed federal taxation changes. It appears the CNA did not consult with its own members before making this statement. What is motivating CNA? Canada's nurses and doctors are a TEAM and neither Trudeau nor Morneau will accomplish divide and conquer attempts because for Canada's frontline doctors and nurses our first priority will always be our patients and the future of Canada's healthcare. We want to sincerely thank all of the thousands of frontline nurses who have spoken out against Trudeau's disastrous taxation changes and who continue to speak out for the future of Canada's healthcare and economy.
We ask all of Canada's nurses to take a stand for ALL Canadians and email your CNA President (executiveoffice@cna-aiic.ca) with your opposition to the unfair taxation changes, post your comments on CNA's Facebook page (goo.gl/YsB1iZ) and tweet to both the CNA (@canadanurses) and their President (@barbshellian). CNA must hear the real voices of frontline nurses loud and clear. We encourage ALL Canadians to do the same and make your voices heard to both the CNA and Trudeau's government. This YOUR healthcare.
